Podium is Choral Canada’s national, biennial choral conference and concert festival. It is traditionally co-presented by Choral Canada and one of Canada’s provincial choral organizations. The conference and festival provide unique opportunities for professional development through national-international keynote presentations, interest sessions, lecture-recitals, conducting masterclasses, workshops and reading sessions for conductors, choirs, administrators, students and choral enthusiasts.

Raise Her Voice is very honoured to be performing a Podium Spotlight Concert on July 2nd at 2:00pm. You can also see RHV in a Podium interest session on June 30 given by Sarah Morrison and Charlene Pauls. We are also very excited to be premiering a new Canadian work written for us by Alice Ping Yee Ho as part of Choral Canada’s ‘Float: An immersive Choral Experience’ happening on Canada Day in St. John’s.  RHV is so proud to be performing alongside four other outstanding choirs from across Canada in this art installation and outdoor concert funded through the Canada Council for the Arts New Chapter Program. After a busy time in St. John’s, RHV will travel to the West coast of Newfoundland to perform as part of the Gros Morne Summer Music Festival.
